It looks okay in the blog editor, but only shows up intermittently on the published site (at least on my Win 8/Firefox). If I can't see the buttons, I'm not confident that my readers can. Customer support is friendly but unclear in their communication and the problem persists.

They adapt to mobile. Very professional effect. And customer service is the best. I wasted time with the other generic ones, and they are a hassle. Oh, and if you're just getting started, they let you pay per month. I pay 4 dollars monthly. Well worth it!
